15+ years of leadership experience in Finance, Consulting, Legal, across industries. Ashwini has scaled finance at hyper growth tech companies. He also has a keen interest in the startup space. A Chartered Accountant and an IIM C Alumni, he will be spearheading finance at Elev8.

Previously,he spent 18 years as a PE investor at Northstar Group and TPG Capital. He started his career at Lehman Brothers and serves or has previously served on the boards of Goodpack, PropertyGuru, Maya Philippines and others. Ashish graduated from Princeton University and currently serves on the advisory board of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies.
