Navin holds 16+ years of investing experience in the startup ecosystem. Prior to Elev8, he co-founded Kae Capital, raising $250M across five funds & backed category leaders like Healthkart, Porter, 1MG, and Zetwork. Navin has evaluated 500+ startups & played an active role in scaling early-stage ventures, with multiple 10x outcomes.
He also held leadership roles at Reliance Venture Asset Management and Darashaw & Co., spanning the full investment lifecycle.
inAbhishek Shah
Abhishek is an investor with over a decade of entrepreneurial and investing experience specializing in growth-stage investments, specifically targeting high-growth, privately held technology companies in India. He has experience across private equity, fund of funds and startup leadership roles
In his free time, he enjoys playing Squash, swimming, and reading.
Deepika Surana
Deepika is an Investor Relations Specialist at the Fund, where she leads the investor onboarding process. In addition, she manages various operational requirements throughout the investor’s journey with the Fund. She is a commerce graduate and in her free time, she enjoys spending her leisure time with her family.
inAshwini Khemka
Ashwini leads investor relations, fund and IM’s finance – corporate & strategic & fund administration along with compliance, reporting and operations. He supports the portfolio side of the fund, leading the diligence activities, shareholder documents, operational work with the portfolio’s finance team, etc. He started his career with KPMG’s Audit & Advisory functions, then working as head of finance, legal & compliance at Moonfrog Labs.
In his free time, he likes watching movies & catching up with friends, playing badminton, table tennis & swimming.
inParth Doshi
Parth is a Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience in the M&A space. Before Elev8 Ventures, he was a part of the investment team at InnoVen Capital, a venture debt fund backed by Temasek, where he covered Fintech, EVs & B2B platforms.
Outside of work, he likes to read books, play cricket, squash and is a full time Bollywood geek.
inMayank Jajoo
Mayank is a Chartered Accountant with over two years of experience. Before joining Elev8 Ventures, he worked as a Credit Manager at ICICI Bank, focusing on underwriting business and home loans. In his free time, Mayank enjoys playing cricket and squash, and he likes to travel.
inAshpi Gupta
Ashpi brings nearly two decades of experience across operations, strategy, and early-stage investing. Before Elev8 Ventures, she held pivotal roles at leading organizations, including Walmart IDC, InMobi, and the Aditya Birla Group, managing business operations and strategy.
Outside of work, Ashpi enjoys art & gardening with her daughters. She’s been to 40+ countries & is always planning her next holiday.
inKomal Vichoor
Komal began her career with a fintech firm, managing end-to-end processes and client relationships. She later joined Elev8 Venture Partners, where she presently works on strategic initiatives. She is also presently a level 3 CFA candidate.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, yoga, reading, and is a big time foodie. Binge-watching is her ultimate guilty pleasure.
Abhinav Vinay
Abhinav brings over three years of investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs, where he focused extensively on the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in the latter part of his tenure. Prior to joining Elev8, he was part of the early-stage investment team at Gruhas, with a strong focus on climate tech and sustainability-driven ventures.
Beyond work, he’s passionate about the cocktail culture, house and techno music, and is an avid follower of football and Formula 1.

Sasha Mirchandani is the Founder & Managing Partner at Kae Capital, and Co-founder of Mumbai Angels. He previously served as Managing Director – India at BlueRun Ventures, the CEO and Founder of Imercius Technologies, and the Head of Corporate Affairs & New Business at Mirc Electronics (Onida).
Sasha currently serves on the boards of several leading companies including Nazara Technologies, Fractal Analytics, MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida), Healthkart, Porter, Zetwerk as well as the YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter.

Ashish Shastry is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Analog Partners. Prior to Analog Partners, Ashish was a Partner at KKR for seven years as the Co-Head of Private Equity for KKR Asia Pacific & the Head of Southeast Asia for KKR.
He started his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in New York. From there, he spent 18 years as a PE investor at Northstar Group and TPG Capital & served on the boards of Goodpack, PropertyGuru, Maya Philippines, Bank BTPN, Metro Pacific Hospital Holdings, Parkway Holdings and Parkway Trust Management.
inNandi Vardhan Mehta
Nandi is a senior finance executive with over 14 years of Senior Management experience in the Middle East.
As a change leader, he led initiatives that enhanced financial performance, productivity, internal controls and shareholders’ value. He’s also credited with the transformation of Human Resources and Administration function & has keen interest in the subject of insurance and contract management.

Gabriel is the Managing Director at Orchid Group Holdings, which has helped entrepreneurs build up companies all over the world, being the first round investors in Ctrip, Autohome, Sangfor and Kingmed and many more companies that have listed that are over $1bil in capitalization.
Orchid Group Holdings has about US$6.5 bil of assets under management, with a primary focus on growth and late stage investments. OGH has made over 150 investments with over 80 exits through trade sales and in stock exchanges all over the world, in Europe, US, Hong Kong, and China.
inAmit Mehta
Amit brings 20+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Investments and Business building. He has been actively engaged in multiple industries including Pulp & Paper, Textiles, Agribusiness, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, and is also an executive Board Member of the LNB group.
He has earlier worked at the Tata Group, being among the youngest in the entire group to have successfully completed the Business Excellence Leadership Program & nominated for the FIBRES Champion. Amit has served on the Committee(s) of industry and professional bodies including FICCI & Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in various capacities. He is a member of Angel networks & serves on the Advisory Board of multiple Venture Capital Funds. He is also a member of YPO and TiE.
